Every drone weighing more than 250 grams must have a license plate according to the labeling requirement for unmanned aircraft. (legally required). With the immediate applicability of the new Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, which comes into force on December 31, 2020, the previous regulation on labeling in Section 19 Paragraph 3 of the Air Traffic Licensing Regulation will be superseded. This means that every pilot must register online and then receive an e-ID for his drone. This must be loaded into the drone's software and visibly attached to the drone.
